Terms & Conditions
The details behind working with us.
Last updated June 2026
These terms and conditions govern your use of beauflora.co.uk and any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site or to copy, reproduce, or redistribute its content without our permission.
Products
Every piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, shape, and finish are natural and form part of each item's character. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are quoted at the time of enquiry or order and include any taxes where applicable. Payment terms will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke pieces are made to your specifications. As these are personalised, they are non-refundable once production has begun, except where an item is faulty. We will agree the design, timeline, and price with you in writing before starting.
Delivery
We will agree estimated delivery timescales with you at the time of order. While we take great care with packaging and dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
Cancellations & Returns
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will put it right. Made-to-order and bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and branding on this website are the property of Beauflora and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
Our products are decorative accessories. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
